Ring

Pilates rings (also known as a magic circle) are commonly used in Pilates to add intensity to floor exercises. The Align-Pilates ring's resistance speeds up toning by targeting specific muscles. The Pro Edition features a double handle design and quality sprung steel rings, which provide extra resistance.

Ball

The 9″ Exer-Soft Pilates Ball provides a slightly larger size for more support when used in reformer Pilates, matwork Pilates, or as a fitness ball for rehabilitation. Non-slip PVC, inflatable and anti-burst, with adjustable inflation via the accompanying straw.
