The Uk's Studio Reformer Specialists

Reformer Pilates Studio Setup Services

We help people open reformer Pilates studios in the UK. We supply the reformers, and we help with everything around them: planning the space, choosing the machines, arranging finance, holding your stock, delivery and installation.

You pay for the equipment. You don't pay extra for the help.

Equipment supply with proper studio setup support

If you've started looking, you've probably met two kinds of help.

Architects, interior designers and builders do colour palettes, mirrors, furniture and decor. We don't.

Equipment retailers sell you the box and leave you to it.

We sit between the two. We only sell the equipment, but we sell it with the help: consultation, space planning, visualisation, finance, storage, delivery, installation and aftercare. You get the same machines at the same price as buying direct, with a lot more support.

Why can we do that? It's all we do. We only sell reformers to people setting up studios, we buy in volume, and the service is paid for out of the equipment sale. There's no separate fee.

What's included when you set up your studio with us

  • A studio plan showing how many reformers fit, with the proper clearances
  • Advice on which reformers suit your space, teaching and budget
  • A 3D visual of your finished studio
  • Introductions to specialist finance providers
  • Your reformers reserved with a deposit and held for you until your studio is ready
  • Delivery and installation by a professional team
  • A single point of contact for parts, warranty and maintenance

These are part of how we supply studios. We do them with you as part of getting your studio open.

Studio planning and capacity: how many reformers fit in your studio

This is the first thing most people worry about, so it's where we start.

We map your room using the real dimensions of the reformers you're considering and the proper clearances around each one. You know what fits before you commit to equipment or a fit-out.

Getting it right matters in both directions. It's easy to assume nine reformers fit when the correct clearances allow six. It's just as easy to assume six is your limit when a better layout takes eight. Every extra bed is a paying client in every class, for as long as the studio runs.

Squeezing machines in too tightly causes the opposite problem. If you're charging £30 to £50 a class, a cramped room doesn't feel worth it. If six is the right answer, we'll tell you six.

Already have a layout from your architect or designer? We'll check it. Plans drawn without operating clearances in mind are common, and it's much cheaper to find out before you build.

See an example on our studio design page.

Reformer equipment consultation from a multi-brand supplier

Ask a single-brand manufacturer which reformer is best and you already know the answer.

We supply several brands, so we have no reason to push one. We work out what suits your space, your teaching style, how heavily the machines will be used and your budget. We don't steer people to the most expensive option, and we'll tell you to spend less where spending less is the right call.

You can see what we supply in our Pilates reformer machines range, with brand pages for Align, Elina, Merrithew and Origin, plus Balanced Body on request. Our studio packages and accessories are there too.

3D studio visualisation

Once your studio is moving forward, our studio designer can produce a 3D visual of the finished space. We work from your photos, your dimensions and a short brief on wall tones, mirrors and logo placement.

It takes around five working days, and you get a round of feedback. It's something we do with the studios we're supplying, as part of getting your studio open.

Reformer studio finance

You don't have to find the full amount in one go.

We work with specialist gym, wellness and leisure finance providers rather than a single lender, so we can shop around on your behalf. They're used to lending to brand-new businesses, which most reformer studios are. Deposit flexibility starts from zero.

All finance is subject to status. See how our finance works for terms and example payments.

Securing and storing your reformers until your studio is ready

A deposit reserves your specific reformers for you, whether they're in stock now or on order from the manufacturer. Those units are held for you and can't be sold to anyone else. We'll hold them for as long as your studio needs, at no extra charge.

Here's why that matters. Manufacturing lead times average two to three months, and nobody can speed that up. A machine that's in stock when you first ask can be on a three-month wait by the time your flooring and mirrors are done. Securing your reformers early takes that risk out of your timeline.

Because those units are taken off sale for you, deposits are non-refundable. If your plans change or things are delayed, talk to us early. We'll do what we can to move your deposit onto another order and to extend the hold. See our deposit terms.

When your studio is ready, we need two weeks' notice to deliver and install.

Delivery and installation

When we quote for a studio setup, delivery and installation by our professional team are included. That covers assembling your reformers, positioning them to the layout we agreed, and taking away all the packaging, so you can teach your first class the very next day.

Orders that aren't a studio setup are delivered kerbside, with installation quoted for your site and access. See our installation terms.

Aftercare, warranty and parts

We stay your point of contact for parts, warranty and maintenance. You don't get handed off to a manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranties carry across in full because we're an authorised partner for every brand we supply. Cover differs by brand and by part, so you'll find the specifics on each product page.

Who we are

We're a small, family-run team and we work with a handful of studios a month. You deal with the same people from your first call to your installation day. You can read more about us.

Adding beds, refitting or opening a second studio

Everything above applies if you already run a studio. We can work out how many extra beds your room takes, which machines suit heavy daily use, and how to time delivery around your timetable.

How to get started with your studio setup

The easiest first step is a conversation. Tell us where you are: whether you have a space, when you hope to open and roughly how many reformers you're considering. We'll call you already knowing how to help.

Have a floor plan, an architect's drawing or room dimensions? Mention it in the form and we'll contact you to ask for it.
