Tell us about the space you have and we will help you plan how the reformers fit, with the clearances each machine needs.

Studio Layout and Space Planning

A good layout starts with the room. We work from your room dimensions and the reformer models you are considering to show how many machines fit, where the teaching lane sits and how much space each reformer needs around it. Here is an example of the kind of plan we produce.

Example layout: 7 reformers in a 10.0 × 5.0 m room (50 m²), reformers 246 × 78 cm, all footboards facing the top wall. Amber areas show front and back clearance, teal areas show side clearance.

How Many Reformers Fit Your Room

In the example above, the plan works with these minimum clearances: 80 cm at the front and back of each reformer and 50 cm at the sides, between machines and to the walls. A 10 × 5 m room fits 7 reformers in a single row. An 8th would reduce the side gaps below the 50 cm minimum.

Space for reception, storage, changing rooms, toilets and doors comes out of the training floor, so a room that is shared with those will fit fewer machines. Reformer sizes also vary by model, so we plan around the exact machines you choose.

Send us your name, email and phone number. If you can, add the size of your room and how many reformers you would like, plus any notes. This is optional, and we will get in touch to collect anything else we need.
